Ages 16+
Legal minimum for our alternative-education tracks. Bartender masterclasses are 18+ under Spanish alcohol licensing.
Evenings & Saturdays
Weekday evenings after work; Saturday intensives for deep-dive weekends. No daytime clashes with a full-time job.
Released in waves
We open one cohort at a time so the mentor : student ratio stays honest. Register interest to lock a seat in the next wave.
