A balanced blend of theory and hands-on practice across three parts — the final three months are spent designing and executing your own real event on the Costa del Sol alongside Academy partners. - 01Part 1 — The Business of Event Planning: introduction to events and the industry landscape, market demand and audience analysis, supply chains, suppliers and industry dynamics
- 02Part 2 — Managing Events: event initiation and planning, financial management and budgeting, logistics and supplies, marketing and public relations, risk management and legalities, event project management, organisation and team dynamics, close-down, evaluation and legacies
- 03Part 3 — Create Your Own Event: over the final three months you design and execute a bespoke event in collaboration with Academy partners, choosing from a diverse range of event types across the Costa del Sol
- 04Field studies and hands-on involvement at hotels, nightclubs, beach clubs and private events across Marbella
- 05Career support: CV writing, interview coaching and job-search guidance to help you land your first role
