1. Payments

All payments made through Marbella Academy are final. By completing a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms.

2. No refunds

Marbella Academy does not offer refunds on application fees, deposits, tuition, lesson packages, event tickets or any other purchases unless required by applicable Spanish consumer-protection law. Course places, class slots and event tickets are reserved exclusively for the named student once payment is received.

3. Cancellations and rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a class, please contact us as soon as possible at info@marbellaacademy.com. We may, at our sole discretion and subject to availability, allow a reschedule to a later date. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and does not constitute a refund.

4. Prepaid lesson packages

Prepaid hours are valid for the course they were purchased for and must be used within twelve months of the purchase date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unused hours expire automatically after twelve months.

5. Course changes

Marbella Academy reserves the right to adjust schedules, venues or instructors when necessary. If a course or class is cancelled by us, you will be offered a comparable replacement or a credit toward a future booking — not a cash refund.
