1. Payments

All payments made through Marbella Academy are final. By completing a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms.

2. No refunds

Marbella Academy does not offer refunds on application fees, deposits, tuition, lesson packages, event tickets or any other purchases unless required by applicable Spanish consumer-protection law. Course places, class slots and event tickets are reserved exclusively for the named student once payment is received.

3. Cancellations and rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a class, please contact us as soon as possible at info@marbellaacademy.com. We may, at our sole discretion and subject to availability, allow a reschedule to a later date. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and does not constitute a refund.

Change and cancellation requests are handled in goodwill only and depend on the teacher's availability to fill the booked slot. If the change cannot be accommodated, the booked hours are charged as normal when the request was made by the student. Requesting a change through the student portal requires accepting these terms.

4. Age, compulsory schooling and parent consent

In Spain, compulsory schooling (Educación Secundaria Obligatoria) continues until age 16. Our daytime weekday tracks are therefore open to students aged 16+ or anyone who has already finished compulsory schooling. We do not provide a state-recognised school programme and cannot replace compulsory education.

Students under 16 who are still in compulsory school may attend our after-school, weekend and holiday-camp programmes outside school hours. Some evening courses, such as DJ & Music Production, may also be open to students from 8+ with written parent or guardian consent. The parent or guardian must provide their full name, email, phone number and a clear consent statement before the student attends.

Bartender Academy sessions involve alcohol and are strictly 18+, in line with Spanish alcohol-licensing law.

5. Prepaid lesson packages

Prepaid hours are valid for the course they were purchased for and must be used within twelve months of the purchase date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unused hours expire automatically after twelve months.

6. Course changes

Marbella Academy reserves the right to adjust schedules, venues or instructors when necessary. If a course or class is cancelled by us, you will be offered a comparable replacement or a credit toward a future booking — not a cash refund.
