STAY IN MARBELLA

ACCOMMODATION

As we are in the process of finalizing accommodation options, we will provide details on available accommodations at a later date. Stay tuned for updates on accommodation options for 2024, including shared rooms in private villas in the Marbella and Puerto Banus areas. Additionally, we will offer alternative recommendations for hotels, hostels, and rental rooms in Marbella. Thank you for your patience as we work to ensure the best accommodations for your stay.

TRAVEL TO MARBELLA

FLIGHTS AND TRANSFER

For travel to Marbella, book a flight to Malaga Airport (AGP), located 60 km away. The airport is approximately a 40-minute drive to Marbella. Numerous airlines offer direct flights to Malaga Airport. 

Transfer service is available for arrivals at Malaga International Airport.

Send us your flight details at least 14 days before your arrival, and we may recommend private shuttle transfers. Other transportation options include local flight buses, taxis, Uber, Cabify, and car rentals from the airport.

STUDY IN MARBELLA

STUDENT VISA AND INSURANCE

EU citizens do not require a visa to study at Marbella Event Academy. Non-EU citizens need to apply for a Student Visa Type D upon acceptance.

The visa application process can take 1-2 months. Download the “Student Visa” document for application procedures and requirements.

European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) provides health coverage for EU citizens traveling within the Schengen area. Non-EU citizens require private insurance for a Type D student visa. Insurance should cover the entire stay, with a minimum €30,000 coverage and include repatriation.
